
I’m currently trying to lose weight and get more physically fit. I’ve been going to a course held by two trainers where we do anything from sprints to powerlifting, Crossfit to Tabata and everything in between. These are gruelling classes and I’ve noticed a big improvement in myself; I can run faster and longer, I lift heavier, I can do way more squats than I could when I started ten weeks ago. Originally I had no good gym-clothes, just some old t-shirts and sweatpants. As time went by I started to enjoy going to the gym and I actually became interested in investing in some decent gym clothes. It doesn’t make all the difference what you wear to the gym but I definetly feel good going to the gym in a well-fitting sports bra and a nice training top. Recently I was looking into buying some more things to help myself get into shape and I decided it would be fun to share with you what I have on my wish-list.
